The four-axle Vectron Dual Mode dual-mode locomotive from Siemens Mobility is based on the proven Vectron concept and is known for its reliable and economical operation in both freight and passenger transport. Thanks to its powerful diesel drive and equipment for operation under overhead lines, it can be flexibly adapted to different traction requirements. The Vectron Dual Mode delivers in both operating modes, making it a genuine alternative to purely diesel-powered operation. Proven components such as the driver’s cab and control desk ensure ease of operation.

The G06 variant is approved for operation in Germany and is equipped with radio remote control.
