This is how the application process works
At Northrail, we see ourselves as one team, so we’re on first-name terms from the very beginning. In a short video call, we’d like to get to know you, introduce you to Northrail and give you time to ask any questions you may have.
During the interview on-site, you’ll get to know more about your future team. We’ll talk about the role and our mutual expectations and see together whether we’re a good fit both professionally and personally.
If it feels right for both sides, we’ll take the next step. We’ll sort out the contract, start date, hardware and everything else – ideally in person on-site.
On your first day, we’ll welcome you in person, introduce you to your team and provide you with everything you need to get started. Of course, this includes your technical equipment and your individual onboarding plan.
